These draft terms set the intended product rules and require professional review before accepting real payments.

Service

The service lets users apply preset synthetic voice styles to a prepared song template. Features, providers, voices and processing times may change. Outputs can contain artifacts or vary between generations.

Credits and accounts

Credits are prepaid usage units, not money or stored value. Packs may be purchased repeatedly and available credits stack in the same account. Each purchased grant is valid for 365 days from its own purchase date, is not transferable and has no cash value. Credits with the nearest expiration date are used first. PayPal checkout information may be used to create an account for the payer email. You are responsible for securing that account.

Your responsibilities

You must have all permissions required for your use. You may not impersonate a person, mislead listeners about endorsement, commit fraud, harass others, evade safeguards or use outputs unlawfully. Purchasing a recording elsewhere does not necessarily grant commercial adaptation, composition, master, publicity or trademark rights.

Intellectual property

No ownership or license in third-party music, performers, fictional characters, brands or recordings is transferred by this service. Product preset names are descriptive studio labels and must not be treated as endorsements by any real person.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected credit pack. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
