No rights are bundled with the tool
Buying credits, owning a consumer copy of a song or labeling a work as a remix or fan creation does not by itself clear copyright, master recording, composition, trademark, publicity or contractual rights. Users are responsible for determining whether their intended private, social or commercial use is permitted.
Preset voice policy
Public presets use original descriptive labels rather than the names of living performers or protected fictional characters. Users may not falsely present an output as authentic, endorsed or produced by a person or brand.
Takedown requests
A rights holder or authorized representative may send a notice to [email protected]. Include contact information, identification of the protected work, the exact material or URL at issue, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement and your signature. We may request additional information, disable access, preserve records or terminate repeat abuse.
Counter-notices and disputes
Where applicable, a user may respond with a legally sufficient counter-notice. The service does not decide ownership disputes and may keep disputed content unavailable while parties resolve them.
