Refund policy
This draft distinguishes unused credit purchases, failed rendering jobs and completed AI outputs. Local consumer law may provide additional rights.
Failed or duplicate payments
Duplicate captures and payments completed without the corresponding credit grant will be investigated and corrected or refunded. Include the PayPal order ID when contacting support.
Failed generation jobs
If the processing provider confirms that a job failed and no usable output was delivered, reserved credits are automatically restored. A retry may be offered when the failure is temporary.
Unused credit packs
Requests for a wholly unused pack should be made promptly after purchase. Eligibility depends on applicable law, payment status and whether any credits from that grant have been consumed.
Completed outputs
AI results naturally vary. A completed file is not automatically refundable because of subjective preference, pronunciation, timbre or artistic expectations. Demonstration clips help users understand the preset range before purchase.
Send billing questions to [email protected] with the PayPal order ID. Never email a password or full payment-card number.
